It is a problem for us when
- A decision with real consequence is being made, or is about to be made, on AI-generated output.
- The problem is technically difficult or operationally messy, and already in or near production.
- Someone has to answer for the outcome, and today they cannot show why the system acted.
What to send
- The decision or action at stake, and what it costs when it is wrong.
- What produces the intelligence today, and what acts on it.
- Where authority sits now: who may approve, stop or reverse it.
